For guests arriving outside of reception hours, we have a key box with a PIN code available. Please call us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
Baby crib
One-time fee of €15.00, including bed linens. Must be ordered before arrival.
Breakfast

- 3 Breakfast times: 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 9:30 a.m. Please sign up the day before.
Guest card/Savings Fox
- You can pick up the Bodetal Ticket at the front desk. With it, you can enjoy numerous benefits in the region and receive discounts, such as 30% off admission to the Bodetal Therme and free use of the buses.
Drinks
- There is a large self-service beverage refrigerator in the lobby. A sign-in sheet is posted on the refrigerator. Payment is due in cash on the day of departure. You must take back any empty bottles from beverages you brought yourself; otherwise, we will charge a flat fee of €5.00.
Pets
- Pets are allowed in our conservatory room only by prior telephone arrangement. We charge €5.00 per night per pet.

- For the sake of the environment, we do not pass through the rooms during your stay. Of course we can also clean your room on request. Please contact us. If you need anything, such as fresh towels, toilet paper, etc., please let us know, preferably at breakfast.
